There is no excuse for what happened and I am so disappointed at myself that I know I could have done so much better and tonight, I single handedly cost this team the win. I have been so big about my strength and I know when to own up to my mistakes. I deserve to go home tonight for how fucking appalling I did. I have never sucked so bad in a challenge and I am disgusted at myself
