As of right now Paloma and Shannon are our current refugees.
Each round the refugee will have access to both tribes. They will be able to speak with everyone in the game. They will, however, not be apart of either tribe. After they have served their terms as refugees they will go into Refuge, secluded from everyone. There they cannot be voted off.
Each round, as the losing tribe goes to tribal council, the Refugee will select one person from the winning tribe to become the next refugee.
This will continue for the foreseeable future. So while you may not like Shannon or Paloma, if you wish to join them in Refuge you should warn up to them.
