So things were calm this round. Expect it to stay that way?
How confident are you competing as Seuua against Chaang in the coming rounds?
Now that we've seen how the Refuge twist is affecting the game, how are you expecting it to play out in the long run? Both logistically, and how it will affect relationships.
Is that a rhetorical question, Helen? Do you REALLY expect me to answer that knowing fully that it will be ANYTHING but calm next round? I'd have to be retarded not to think it's gonna degenerate into a cutthroat game in a matter of days. Oh my gawd, things are really heating up. We're down to seven now and once we either boot Mike or SOMEHOW convince Catalie to elect him as a refugee, it will get even more awkward and personal.
Mike is so weirdly compelling to work with. He's loyal as fuck. Honestly, he just wasted his vote on me last night, only voting for me because I had talked to him the least. Puh-please. All he's doing is alienating himself even more. It's like he's talking a fatalistic stance and accepting his fate as an early boot no matter what. If we vouch for him to go into refuge, I don't think he'll last long there. Poor fellow.
Now let's discuss the two people with some of the more bland personalities I've ever met. Ian and Lisi (Though Lisi not so much). It's honestly quite frightening how unaware Ian is of the social mechanics of this game. I thought I was awful but good lord, he just doesn't get anything. He's a follower through and through. I don't expect him to ever amount to anything in this game. If the Indo-Greek alliance subsists post-merge and we make it all the way to the Top 4, he's very compelling to take to the end as a goat. Nobody knows him, nobody GETS him, and all he is is a vote. Lisi has more depth to her, I just wish my PMs with her felt, y'know, more personal and less business. I don't feel that she is keen on getting to know me and it's awkward to ask her questions about herself when it's clear she's strictly wanting business. I don't know if I can fully trust her as an outlier member of the Indo-Greeks. Once Mike goes she is a very viable candidate for elimination due to her lack of participation in the challenges. She did do decently on the puzzle last night though I believe, so kudos to her I guess.
Ah Yul. The other fringe member of the Indo-Greeks. It's a bit embarrassing but I wasn't aware that Yul's idol was only good for the first tribal council until two days ago. I really like Yul. He's personable, nice, well-versed in this game, and an IC machine. People are terrified of him for whatever reason. At least Parvati was convinced that he could defeat anyone in a final TC. That may or may not be true since Cristina told me his social game is abysmal. He's the proverbial "Ozzy" of our season if he starts dominating challenges post-merge. As far as the Indo-Greeks go, he is fifth. Very useful but dispensable in the end, sadly.
Now we get to the core of the alliance - Penny, Katie, and myself. Katie is a total sweetheart. We actually know a bit about each other and have some common interests. omw she likes similar films and music as I do <333. I trust Katie almost more than Penny. Idk, something about her just screams F3. I wouldn't mind sitting next to her in the end. I feel like I could best her, though it may be close and it will depend on how her post-merge game plays out. I really love this girl, she always comes to me with PMs, always asks me what to do, strokes my ego a bit. An obvious ploy to earn her way into my graces? Perhaps, but I don't think so. Katie <3
Now Penny? Penny is my partner in crime and I'll be so embarrassed if she doesn't refer to me as her partner in her confessionals later on. She is an incredible, incredible player. In an objective, unbiased sense probably one of the best social players here. She may trash talk the other tribe but y'know what? I feel that by overtly displaying her personality in public and showing what kind of player she is, she makes it easier for herself to get to know Chaang post-merge. In this game EVERYONE knows who Penny is despite how recently she played. She is a fucking celebritiy...
I don't know what she has up her sleeve but I hope it's loyalty, loyalty to the end...until she is hopefully booted fourth. I can't be in a final tribal council with Penny, I'll get my ass kicked. She is so goddamn likable it almost sickens me.
